Guidelines for Updating IOSS Information for Orders to the EU

The IOSS is created to facilitate and simplify the declaration and payment of value-added tax (VAT) on goods sold from a country or territory outside the European Union (EU).

With this code, your orders destined for the EU can be cleared into this market. Depending on each country, the VAT payment will follow the VAT rate of the recipient country.

To update IOSS information for orders going to the EU, you need to do so when creating the orders.

In the IOSS section, enter a valid IOSS code (a string of up to 10 digits), then check the box: “My IOSS code is valid and correct” to ensure the accuracy of the code you have entered.

Then click “Save” to save the payment for later, or you can proceed to payment immediately after entering all the required information when creating the order.

Note: If you do not provide an IOSS code, you will use BurgerPrints’ code and pay the fee to us. If you enter the IOSS code yourself, you will be responsible for its validity and accuracy, and you will not have to pay the IOSS fee to us.

Once the order has been paid, you will not be able to edit or update the IOSS code. If you need to make changes, please contact BurgerPrints support immediately for assistance.
