Free Shipping Installation Guide

Step 1: Access the store where you want to create a free shipping promotion, then select “Promotion”. Next, click on the orange “Create Promotion” button in the top right corner of the screen and select “Free Shipping”.

Step 2: Set up information for free shipping offers:

Method: Choose the method for customers to receive the offer.

Discount code: With this method, you will need to create a code. This code can be generated automatically by clicking on the “Generate Code” text, or you can enter the information in the “Discount code” field to create a code manually. To use the offer, customers will need to enter the code during the checkout process. Alternatively, the seller can use a link with the discount code pre-applied by adding the suffix ?pr=xxxxx (where xxxxx is the code you created) to the product/collection/store link.

Automatic discount: The discount will be applied automatically without needing to enter a discount code.

Countries: You can choose to apply the offer to customers in specific countries or set free shipping worldwide, but exclude orders with shipping costs exceeding a certain amount by selecting the “Exclude shipping rates over a certain amount” option and entering the maximum shipping fee eligible for the free shipping offer.

Minimum purchase requirements: You can choose to apply the free shipping offer to all orders without any conditions by selecting the “No minimum requirements” option. If you want to set a minimum order value to qualify for free shipping, select the “Minimum purchase amount ($)” option and enter the minimum order value. If you want to set a minimum quantity of items in an order to qualify for the offer, select the “Minimum quantity of items” option.

Active date: Set the effective date for the free shipping offer.

Step 3: After filling in all the information, click the orange “Save” button in the top right corner of the screen.
