Guidelines for Synchronizing Orders from Woocommerce Stores to BurgerPrints

Orders from WooCommerce will be automatically synchronized with BurgerPrints within an hour once you have connected your WooCommerce store to BurgerPrints. However, for the orders to be automatically synchronized, the following conditions must be met:

When creating an order on WooCommerce, all shipping information must be complete. The Status field should be set to “Processing”. After clicking “Create” to create an order on WooCommerce, the order will be automatically pushed to BurgerPrints within one hour.

Once you see the order from BurgerPrints, you can edit the order, make the payment so that the order can be produced and shipped to the customer from the BurgerPrints system.
