Guide to Filling Out the W-9 Form

The W-9 form is a declaration that the seller needs to provide to verify if the seller is a U.S. citizen. When withdrawing money as a U.S. citizen, the seller will have to comply with tax regulations according to U.S. law.

You can download the W-9 form here. This form consists of 6 pages, including specific terms.

You will need to fill in your details on the first page of the form. First is your personal information. Next is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and finally, your signature along with the date of completing the form.

Note: When uploading the W-9 form to the BurgerPrints system, you need to upload the complete form with all pages and completed information.
