Details about the BURGERPRINTS TIER PROGRAM
To show appreciation to our loyal Sellers who have trusted and continue to choose BurgerPrints as their partner in providing effective solutions for developing their Print on Demand business, BurgerPrints has designed the BurgerPrints Tier Program to offer even more benefits to Sellers when using BurgerPrints services.
What is the BurgerPrints Tier Program?
The BurgerPrints Tier Program is a point accumulation and membership tier program where users can earn points, advance to higher tiers, and receive exclusive benefits from BurgerPrints.
Each Seller who fulfills orders at BurgerPrints will have Points added to their accounts by the system. BurgerPrints’ system will compile the number of Points each month, and based on the Points achieved each month, Sellers will be assigned to a specific Tier for the following month and enjoy the benefits corresponding to that Tier.
BurgerPrints’ system will automatically set the Tier based on the Points from the previous month to determine the Tier for the current month. The system updates the Tier once a month, on the 1st of each month.
How to view detailed Tier information on the system:
To view the Tier information of an account, Sellers need to:
Visit the website dash.burgerprints.com and log in to their account.
- The Tier information of your account will be displayed right on the home page. You can click on “View more” to see additional details. Additionally, your current Tier is also shown next to your account avatar. You can also view the Tier information of your account by clicking on the avatar and selecting “Tier program.
- The pop-up appears showing the current month’s Tier in the “Current Tier” section, along with discount/item information.
- Seller can click “View details” to see more information about the BurgerPrints Tier Program.

4. Criteria for Tier Advancement
Starter: from 0 to 499 Points
Bronze: from 500 to 1499 Points
Silver: from 1500 to 4999 Points
Gold: from 5000 to 14999 Points
Points Accumulation Rules
Sellers will receive Points in their accounts when fulfilling orders at BurgerPrints. Each fulfilled item will yield different Points. For example:
- For each AOP product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, the Seller will receive 1 Point.
- For each 2D printed product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, the Seller will receive 0.5 Points.
- For any other product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, the Seller will receive 0.25 Points.

Note on conditions for valid Points calculation:
Valid Points are calculated based on items in orders with successful payment status within the month.
Points will be tallied from 00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59 on the last day of the month (EST).
Tiers will be updated starting from 00:05 EST on the 1st day of each month based on the Points accumulated from the previous month. From this time, Sellers will receive the corresponding privileges of their Tier until the next update at the beginning of the following month.
Items that are on Hold, Canceled, Refunded, Remade, or Replaced within the month will not count towards Points. Points from these items will be deducted if the item is on Hold, Canceled, Refunded, Remade, or Replaced.
The Points for Tier calculation are reset every month and do not carry over.
