Guide to using Multi Channel Notify
To assist Seller in quickly and accurately updating information and order status in our fulfillment system, BurgerPrints introduces the Multi Channel Notify feature, enabling Seller to receive notifications through various convenient channels such as Website, Telegram and Email.
- Overview
– Multi Channel Notify feature will send notifications about Sellers’ orders through various channels: Website, Telegram and Email.
– The information and status updates regarding orders that will be communicated to Seller through the Multi Channel Notify feature include:
- Successful order creation: imported from CSV files, sync from connected store (Orders notified upon each sync).
- Ticket: updates on notifications when an order is canceled (including ticket for refund requests, ticket that have been processed, and closed ticket); ticket created by BurgerPrints that require action from Seller.
- Payment for fulfilling orders.
- Status Tracking.
- Setting Up Multi Channel Notifications
- Configuring Notification Channel Information
– In the “Setting” section, select “Notifications”.
To select the desired notification channel, click on the status button to turn it orange.
Note: The Multi Channel Notify feature will be enabled by default with “Web notify” and “Email”.
1.1. Website Notification
– After logging into the Dashboard, click on the “bell” icon in the top right corner of the screen => select “view all”.
– Select “System” to check all notifications, click on each notification to view details.
1.2. Email Notifications
You can set up additional email addresses to receive notifications. Please note that a maximum of 10 email addresses can be entered.
1.3. Telegram Notifications
– Step 1: Turn on notifications for Telegram and click “join group”. A group will be automatically generated for each Seller.
– Step 2: Copy the group link and open it in a web browser to join or join directly from the app. Upon joining the Telegram group, you will start receiving all system notifications in the group.
- Tracking Notification Options
Regarding tracking notifications, you can select the specific tracking events you wish to be notified about. The options are as follows:
- None: No tracking notifications will be sent.
- Receive all notifications: All tracking updates will be sent, including all statuses throughout the shipping process, such as: In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, as well as any potential errors (Pending, Not found/ Info receives, Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return).
- Only receive notifications when an error occurs: Notifications will only be sent for the following error statuses: Pending, Not found/ Info receives, Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return.
- Receive notifications when the order is shipped and when it is completed: Notifications will be sent for the following statuses: Delivered, Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return.
Note:
The default setting for Seller is “None”.
With this new feature, you can now quickly receive updates on your orders through various channels such as web, Telegram and Email.
