- Ensure designs meet the required DPI for optimal printing; adjusting resolution alone won't improve quality; recreate low-resolution graphics for best results- Human involvement in printing can lead to slight variations in print placement on garments and products- Color may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and lighting conditions.- Avoid semi-transparent graphics in DTG printing. Use solid colors or simulate semi-transparency through halftone techniques for optimal print quality- On black garments, black ink may appear gray due to the white underbase used in printing. Design with fully transparent areas for best results.- On white garments, designs with white elements will remain unprinted. Light ink on bright-colored garments, particularly Red and Maroon, may appear tinted.
