Guide to Viewing Import Order Logs

Import history is a feature that allows you to review orders created from CSV file imports from BurgerPrints, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy. To view the import order log, follow the steps below.

Step 1: To view the Import order, go to Orders and select Import history.

Step 2: In the Import history interface, you will see the uploaded CSV files, the upload time, the corresponding template, the status, etc. To review, simply click on the file name.

You can review the import order log by timeline when you click on “All time”.

Or view by CSV file status by clicking on All Status.
