Guide to synchronizing orders from Shopify to BurgerPrints

Syncing orders from Shopify to BurgerPrints will automatically transfer the order to BurgerPrints for fulfillment.

To sync Shopify orders to BurgerPrints, you need to connect your Shopify store to BurgerPrints. Once the store is connected, every order on Shopify will be automatically pushed to the BurgerPrints system after one hour. Additionally, you can manually push orders by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Go to https://admin.shopify.com/ and select your store.

Step 2: On your Shopify store interface, find and select Orders. In Orders, you will see all the orders.

Step 3: Select the orders you want to sync with BurgerPrints. At this point, a toolbar will appear, and you need to click on the… icon. Then, go to the Apps section and click on: Resync to BurgerPrints.

The order you just synchronized will appear in the Orders interface on Burgerpints’ Dash. You can edit the order, make the payment for it to be produced, and shipped to the customer from BurgerPrints’ system.
