Guide to Connecting and Synchronizing orders on WooCommerce with BurgerPrints

To optimize Seller’s selling process on WooCommerce, Sellers can connect their store to the BurgerPrints system to easily and efficiently manage products, automate order processing and update shipping information. Below is a detailed guide from BurgerPrints:

1. Connecting Seller’s WooCommerce store to BurgerPrints

To get started, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the “Store” section

• From the Dashboard Home, navigate to the “Store” section.
• Click on the “Add new store” to connect a new store to BurgerPrints.

Step 2: Select the Etsy platform

• In the “Connect Store” interface, select the WooCommerce icon.
• Enter your store name in the Woocommerce store name field. 
• Enter your domain in the WordPress site field. 
• Then click Connect.

Step 3: Log in to your WooCommerce account

• After logging into your Woocommerce account, click on “Approve” to manage and synchronize orders from Woocommerce with BurgerPrints.

• When the connection is complete, your Woocommerce store will be displayed in the Store channels section.

2. Synchronizing orders from WooCommerce to BurgerPrints

Orders from WooCommerce will be automatically synchronized with BurgerPrints within an hour once you have connected your WooCommerce store to BurgerPrints. However, for the orders to be automatically synchronized, the following conditions must be met:

When creating an order on WooCommerce, all shipping information must be complete. The Status field should be set to “Processing”. After clicking “Create” to create an order on WooCommerce, the order will be automatically pushed to BurgerPrints within one hour.
