Guide to Tracking the Status of Your Order After Successful Payment

BurgerPrints helps sellers easily and quickly track the order fulfillment process after successful payment. The status of the order, from successful payment to successful delivery, is continuously updated in each order. To track this process, sellers should follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Log in to your account on the BurgerPrints system, then click “Order” on the navigation bar on the left side of the main screen.

Step 2: Click on the order you want to track the status of. Note to select orders that have been successfully paid (orders with the Payment status as Paid).

Step 3: Track the order status.

  1. After the order is successfully paid for fulfillment costs, the order will display the following information:
  • Estimated shipping time text: Your order is estimated to ship on… This estimate is based on the maximum production time committed by the BurgerPrints fulfillment factory or the average production time of that product over the past 30 days.
  • The Paid milestone will be indicated with a green tick .
  • The time displayed at the Paid milestone is the time the system records the order as successfully paid.

Note: If an order contains multiple products, there will be multiple fulfillment statuses and different estimated shipping times corresponding to each product in the order.

  1. When the order is accepted by the factory, the order will display:
  • Shipping Time Estimate Text: Your order is estimated to ship on… This estimate is based on the maximum production time that BurgerPrints’ fulfillment facility commits to or the average production time of that product over the past 30 days.
  • The In Production status next to Paid will also display a green icon.
  • The time displayed at the In Production status is the date the facility accepted the order (Accepted date).

Note: In case the estimated shipping date arrives and the order status has not been updated to “Shipped,” the status section will display an additional text: “We’re sorry for the delay, please contact us for more details.” In this situation, the Seller is kindly requested to contact our support team for the quickest assistance.

  1. If the order is canceled due to a refund request, it will be displayed on the order as:
  • Notification text for order cancellation: Your order is cancelled on…
  • The Paid milestone shows a red tick , and the Cancelled milestone shows a red icon .
  • The timestamp displayed at the Cancelled milestone is the time when the system accepted the refund order.
  1. When the order is completed and has a sent date for the shipping carrier, it will be displayed on the order as follows:
  • Shipping Time Notification Section: Your order is shipped on…
  • The stages Paid, Produced, and Shipped will show a green checkmark .
  • The In Production stage changes to Produced, and the time displayed at this stage is the time when the order was completed.
  1. When the carrier successfully picks up the goods and the order is recorded at the first post office, the order will display:
  • Notification of shipping time: Your order is shipped on…
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The In Transit milestone will display a green icon along with the time the order was recorded at the first post office.
  1. When the order arrives at the final post office and is in the status of waiting for the shipper to pick up the goods for delivery, the order status will be displayed as:
  • Notification of shipping time: Your order is shipped on…
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The “In Transit” status will change to “Out for delivery,” displaying a green icon along with the time the order arrives at the final post office.
  1. When the order is successfully delivered, the status will show:
  • Notification of shipping time: Your order is shipped on…
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The “Out for delivery” status changes to “Delivered,” displaying a green icon along with the delivery time.

Notes on some cases of problematic orders:

  1. When an order is lost, the order status displays:
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The final milestone shows “Not found” with a yellow icon along with the time and date of the last order status update.
  1. When the carrier has picked up the goods but there is no order information in the carrier’s system, the order status will be displayed as:
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The final milestone shows “Inforeceived,” with a yellow icon along with the date and time of the last update to the order status.
  1. When the order status shows “Not found” or “Info received” for more than 3 days, the system will change the order status to “Pending,” and the order will be displayed as:
  • The Paid, Produced, and Shipped milestones will display a green tick mark .
  • The final milestone is displayed as Pending with a yellow icon .
  1. When the delivery is unsuccessful, or the package is lost during the delivery process, the order displays:
  • The Paid, Produced, Shipped milestones will display a gray checkmark .
  • The final milestone shows “Failed” with a gray icon along with the date and time of the last update to the order status.
  1. When the delivery order fails for the first time, it may be re-delivered (depending on the carrier’s policy), the order status will show:
  • The Paid, Produced, Shipped milestones will display a gray checkmark .
  • The final milestone displays ‘Undelivered’ with a gray icon along with the date and time the last order status was updated.
  1. When the delivery order fails and is returned, the order displays:
  • The Paid, Produced, Shipped milestones will display a gray checkmark .
  • The final milestone displays “Return” with a gray icon , along with the date of the last time the order status was updated.
  1. When the delivery order is unsuccessful, the carrier records the reason for the exception situation when the delivery cannot be made, and the order displays:
  • The Paid, Produced, Shipped milestones will display a gray checkmark .
  • The final milestone displays an Exception with a gray icon , along with the date and time of the last update to the order status.
  1. Khi đơn hàng đã quá thời gian giao hàng mà chưa giao cho khách, order hiển thị:
