- Manual measurement may exist a 1-2inches difference. We accept PNG files of the only following size: 4200x3000px at 300 DPI (10×8 inches) for front print area and 4200x4800px at 300 DPI (10×12 inches) for back print area. The size of the print area may be different, depending on the shirt type and size.
- Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects.

- Human involvement in printing can lead to slight variations in print placement on garments and products
- Color may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and lighting conditions.
- Avoid semi-transparent graphics in DTG printing. Use solid colors or simulate semi-transparency through halftone techniques for optimal print quality
- On black garments, black ink may appear gray due to the white underbase used in printing. Design with fully transparent areas for best results.
- On white garments, designs with white elements will remain unprinted. Light ink on bright-colored garments, particularly Red and Maroon, may appear tinted.
