Details about the BurgerPrints Tier Program

To show gratitude to loyal Sellers who have chosen BurgerPrints as their preferred partner for effective Print on Demand solutions in growing their business, BurgerPrints has designed the BurgerPrints Tier Program to provide even more benefits to Sellers using BurgerPrints’ services.

1. What is the BurgerPrints Tier Program?

BurgerPrints Tier Program is a points-based program that allows members to earn points and receive exclusive benefits as users of BurgerPrints.

Every time a seller fulfills an order on BurgerPrints, the system will calculate and award points to their fulfillment accounts. BurgerPrints’ system will aggregate the total number of points earned each month, and based on the points achieved, Sellers will be assigned to a specific tier level for the following month and enjoy corresponding tier-specific benefits.

The BurgerPrints system will automatically determine the tier based on the points earned in the previous month to establish the tier for the current month. The system updates the tier level on the 1st of every month.

2. How to view your Tier details

To view the Tier details of your account on the system, follow these steps:

• Access the website dash.burgerprints.com.
• Log in to your account.
• The Tier information of your account will be displayed on the home page. You can click on “View more” to see additional details. Additionally, your current Tier will be shown next to your account avatar. Alternatively, you can view your account’s Tier information by clicking on the avatar and selecting “Tier program”.

• A pop-up will appear showing the current month’s Tier in the “Current Tier” section, along with the corresponding discounts/items.

·         Sellers can click on “View details” to see more information about the BurgerPrints Tier Program.

3. The corresponding benefits for each Tier are as follows

Starter	– Utilize the BurgerPrints platform to fulfill Print-On-Demand products for free. – Create unlimited POD products and enjoy free store fulfillment. – Use fulfillment support tools such as connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy stores, API integration, and Order Desk for free fulfillment. – Get 3 months free trial when using BurgerShop to create a fully-featured online store with payment gateways, themes, marketing tools, and more.
Bronze	– Utilize the BurgerPrints platform to fulfill Print-On-Demand products for free. – Create unlimited POD products and enjoy free store fulfillment. – Use fulfillment support tools such as connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy stores, API integration, and Order Desk for free fulfillment. – Get 3 months free trial when using BurgerShop to create a fully-featured online store with payment gateways, themes, marketing tools, and more. – Receive gifts on special occasions. – Enjoy a base cost reduction of $0.1 – $0.5 per item fulfilled at BurgerPrints.
Silver	– Utilize the BurgerPrints platform to fulfill Print-On-Demand products for free.- Create unlimited POD products and enjoy free store fulfillment. – Use fulfillment support tools such as connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy stores, API integration, and Order Desk for free fulfillment. – Get 3 months free trial when using BurgerShop to create a fully-featured online store with payment gateways, themes, marketing tools, and more. – Receive gifts on special occasions. – Enjoy a base cost reduction of $0.2 – $1.0 per item fulfilled at BurgerPrints.
Gold	– Utilize the BurgerPrints platform to fulfill Print-On-Demand products for free. – Create unlimited POD products and enjoy free store fulfillment. – Use fulfillment support tools such as connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy stores, API integration, and Order Desk for free fulfillment. – Get 3 months free trial when using BurgerShop to create a fully-featured online store with payment gateways, themes, marketing tools, and more. – Receive gifts on special occasions. – Enjoy a base cost reduction of $0.25 – $1.25 per item fulfilled at BurgerPrints.

4. Criteria for Tier Upgrades

• Starter: Achieve between 0 and 499 Points.
• Bronze: Achieve between 500 and 1499 Points.
• Silver: Achieve between 1500 and 4999 Points.
• Gold: Achieve between 5000 and 14999 Points.

5. Points Accumulation Guidelines

When fulfilling orders at BurgerPrints, Sellers will earn Points in their accounts. Different items fulfilled will earn Sellers different amounts of Points. For example:

• For each AOP (All-Over Print) product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, Sellers will receive 1 Point.
• For each apparel printed product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, Sellers will receive 0.5 Points.
• For each other product fulfilled at BurgerPrints, Sellers will receive 0.25 Points.

*Note on valid Points calculation conditions:

•  Valid Points are calculated based on items from orders with successful payment status within the month.
• Points will be tallied from 12:00 AM on the first day of the month to 11:59 PM on the last day of the month (EST time).
• Tiers will be updated starting from 12:05 AM EST on the 1st day of the month based on the accumulated Points from the previous month. From this point on, sellers will receive corresponding Tier privileges until the next update at the beginning of the following month.
• Items that are placed on Hold-on/Cancel/Refund/Re-make/Re-place within the month will not be counted towards Points. Points earned from these items will be deducted if the item is placed on Hold-on/Cancel/Refund/Re-make/Re-place.
• The Points required for Tier calculation will be recalculated each month and will not be cumulative.
