Guide to Connecting and Syncing Products on Etsy with BurgerPrints

To optimize Seller’s selling process on Etsy, Sellers can connect their store to the BurgerPrints system to easily and efficiently manage products, automate order processing and update shipping information. Below is a detailed guide from BurgerPrints:

1. Connecting Seller’s Etsy store to BurgerPrints

To get started, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the “Store Channels” section

• From the Dashboard Home, navigate to the Store Channels section.
• Click on the plus (+) icon to add a new store.

Step 2: Select the Etsy platform

• In the Connect Store interface, select the Etsy icon.
• Click the Connect button to proceed.

Step 3: Log in to your Etsy account

• The system will redirect you to the Etsy login page.
• Enter your credentials and log in to your Etsy account.

Step 4: Grant access

• After logging in, click on Grant Access to authorize the connection for BurgerPrints.

→ Once the connection is successful, your Etsy store will appear in the Store Channels section on the Dashboard.

2. Syncing products from BurgerPrints to Etsy

You can sync products in two flexible ways:

Option 1: Sync individual products

• Go to the Product Detail page.
• Select the product you want to sync and proceed with the action.

Option 2: Sync multiple products

• Use the Bulk Action feature to sync multiple products simultaneously.

• Select the Etsy store where you want to sync the products.

Important Notes When Syncing Products:

• Title: Required field, maximum 140 characters.
• Description: Required field, accepts plain text only (Etsy does not support images or HTML formatting).
• Options:
  • Style: Not synced (as Etsy only supports up to 2 options).
  • Color: Synced and displayed in the variants table.
  • Size: Synced and displayed in the variants table.
• Mockup: Supports up to 10 images.
• Personalization: Not synced.
• Short Description: Not synced.

→ After syncing, products will appear in the Listing section of your Etsy Seller account.

When viewing product details, variants and pricing information will be fully displayed.

Additional Notes:

• If a variant has only one value, it will not appear on the product page on Etsy.

3. Syncing Orders

Orders from Etsy will automatically sync to the BurgerPrints system within 1 hour after a successful connection.

Note: The system only synchronizes orders with Paid status.

4. Syncing Shipping Information (Tracking)

Once an order is produced and shipped by BurgerPrints, the system will automatically update the tracking number on your Etsy account. This ensures your customers can easily tracking orders.
