Guide to Top Up and Pay for Orders

To ensure your orders are processed quickly and without interruption, setting up a payment method and topping up your B-Wallet is an essential step. This guide will walk you through each step—from configuring your payment settings to topping up and checking your transaction history—helping your fulfillment process run smoothly and proactively.

1. Setting Up a Payment Method

Step 1: Log in to the BurgerPrints Dashboard. On the main interface, click on the Billing section in the navigation menu.
Step 2: In the Payment Method section, you will see three payment options currently supported by the system:

    • B-Wallet
    • Payoneer
    • Credit Card

You can choose one of these three methods as your Primary for payment by checking the corresponding box.

    • If you choose to use B-Wallet, simply check the box Primary for payment to complete the setup.

    • To link a Payoneer account, you must first have an account at Payoneer.com. Then, on the BurgerPrints payment interface, click Add account, select Link Account, and follow the instructions to complete the connection process.

    • To use a credit card as your payment method, click Add credit card, enter your Email and credit card number, then click Save. The card will appear with a Pending status and must be verified to complete the setup.

Credit Card Verification Process:

To activate your credit card, you need to complete the verification step by clicking Active and following these instructions:

    • Upload a photo of yourself holding a government-issued ID (ID card or passport).
    • Upload a photo of yourself holding the credit card you are using for verification.

Photo Guidelines:

    • Take the photo in a well-lit room.
    • Use the highest quality settings available on your device.
    • Hold your ID and card close to your face, ensuring the image is clear and not blurry.
    • Make sure your face and the ID/passport are clearly visible in the photo.

If the photo does not meet quality standards, the system will ask you to upload a clearer version.

After uploading the photos and clicking Active, the system will begin the verification process.

    • If successful, your credit card will be activated and ready to use for payments.
    • If rejected, the card cannot be used in the system and you will need to choose another payment method.

2. Top up

Top up is the process of adding funds to the B-Wallet for payment of orders and services on the BurgerPrints Dashboard. The main feature of top up is to receive deposits and facilitate fee-free order payments, with support for automatic payment (pay auto) functionality.

Note:

    • Minimum top up amount: $10
    • Transaction fee: 0-4%, depending on the payment method.
    • Refunds to Sellers are directly credited to the B-Wallet for future fulfillment activity.

Top up methods on the BurgerPrints Dashboard

To add funds to your B-Wallet via the Dashboard, follow these steps:

    • Login and click the wallet icon displaying the current balance in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.

    • Click “Add fund.” You’ll see some methods for adding funds to your B-Wallet.
    • There are currently a total of 8 methods to add funds to the B-Wallet, including: Payoneer, Pingpong, LianLian, PayPal Mass Payment, WorldFirst, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (USD), and Online Banking.

2.1. Top up via Payoneer

Method 1: Auto Top up via Payoneer

    • Select Payoneer as the top-up method and click “Pay With Payoneer.”

    • Link your Payoneer account to the B-Wallet.

    • Enter the amount and click “Submit.” 
    • The funds will be immediately added to your B-Wallet with 1% transaction fee.

Method 2: Manual Top up via Payoneer

    • Select Payoneer as the top-up method and click “Make a payment.”

    • Transfer funds to the account payable@burgerprints.com with the transaction note: Seller Code + BGyymmddTU (e.g., Seller A41088 topping up on November 7, 2024, would have the transaction code A41088 BG241107TU).
    • After completing the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID, then click “Submit.” 
    • Funds will be credited to your B-Wallet within 24 hours with a 0% transaction fee.

2.2. Top up via PingPong

    • Choose PingPong as the payment method.
    • Transfer funds to the account payable@burgerprints.com with the transaction note: Seller Code + BGyymmddTU (e.g., Seller A41088 topping up on November 7, 2024, would have the transaction code A41088 BG241107TU).
    • After completing the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID, then click “Submit.” 
    • Funds will be credited to your wallet within 24 hours, with a 0% transaction fee.

2.3. Auto Top up via LianLian

    • Choose LianLian as the top-up method and click “Pay With LianLian.”
    • Enter the amount and click “Submit.” 
    • Funds will be credited to your wallet within 24 hours, with a 0% transaction fee.

2.4. Top up via PayPal Mass Payment

    • Choose PayPal as the top-up method.
    • Transfer funds to the account accounting@leadsgen.asia the transaction note: Seller Code + BGyymmddTU (e.g., Seller A41088 topping up on November 7, 2024, would have the transaction code A41088 BG241107TU).
    • After completing the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID, then click “Submit.” 
    • Funds will be credited to your wallet within 24 hours with a 0% transaction fee.

2.5. Top up via WorldFirst

    • Choose WorldFirst as the top-up method.
    • Transfer funds from your Zyla account to Zyla (World First US), receiving account: Zyla-281034151158238001741867.
    • Transaction note: Seller Code + BGyymmddTU (e.g., Seller A41088 topping up on November 7, 2024, would have the transaction code A41088 BG241107TU).
    • After completing the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID, then click “Submit.” 
    • Funds will be credited to your wallet within 24 hours with a 0% transaction fee.

2.6. Auto Top up via Credit Card

    • Choose Credit Card as the top-up method.

    • Link your credit card to the B-Wallet.

    • Enter the amount and click “Submit.” 
    • The funds will be transferred to your wallet instantly, with transaction fees ranging from $2.9 to $4.4 + $0.3, depending on the card type.

2.7. Top up via Bank Transfer

    • Choose Bank Transfer as the top-up method and select “Deposit USD.”

    • Complete the transfer based on your bank details available on the Dashboard, with the transaction note: Seller Code + BGyymmddTU (e.g., Seller A41088 topping up on November 7, 2024, would have the transaction code A41088 BG241107TU).

    • After completing the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID, then click “Submit.”

Note: The transaction process may take several hours or days depending on your bank.

2.8. Top up via Online Banking

    • Choose Online Banking as the top-up method.

    • Enter the amount, select your country, and click “Submit.”

    • The system will direct you to the Tazapay Payment form to complete the transaction.
    • Upon successful payment, funds will be added to your wallet with a 0% transaction fee.

3. Checking Transaction and Usage History

Click the wallet icon next to your account to view a summary of all top-up transactions and usage history.

In this section, you can see:

    • Fulfillment Cost:
      • Paid: Total amount spent on order fulfillment.
      • Pending: Total of orders awaiting processing.
    • My Wallet – Credit Card:
      • Current Balance: Available balance.
      • Pending Approval: Amount pending approval.
      • Transaction History: Payment history for orders.

Note: 

    • The B-wallet operates as a one-way system, meaning that top-ups and refunds to the wallet are for use on BurgerPrints Fulfillment only and cannot be withdrawn to the user’s existing payment methods. 
    • Top-up funds will undergo approval within 24 hours. Thank you for understanding as we strive to ensure all transactions are secure, maintaining a safe financial flow. Please contact Support for prompt assistance with top-up funds.

4. Paying for Orders

After creating an order on the system, if the order is in Unpaid status, you can proceed with payment using one of two methods: pay for each order individually or pay for multiple orders at once.

Method 1: Pay for individual orders

    • Go to Orders > All Orders.
    • Find the order you want to pay – unpaid orders will be marked with the Unpaid status.
    • Hover over the order and click the Pay button at the top right corner.

Method 2: Pay for multiple orders at once

    • In the All Orders interface, select the orders you want to pay by ticking the checkboxes next to the order creation dates.
    • Once selected, click the Pay button above the “Order ID” column.
    • The system will redirect you to the Payment Processing interface.

In the payment interface, you’ll see a list of selected orders along with the total amount to be paid. If there is any order you do not want to pay, click the trash bin icon to remove that order from the list.

After reviewing the list and confirming you’re ready, click the Pay button. The system will display a confirmation dialog – simply click Confirm to complete the payment. The corresponding amount will be deducted directly from your B-Wallet.

Immediately after a successful payment, you will be redirected back to the All Orders page. Here, the statuses of the paid orders will be updated to Paid. From this point, the orders will enter the processing and production stage.

5. Auto Fulfill

The Auto Fulfillment feature helps automatically pay for eligible orders in the BurgerPrints system, saving time for Sellers and ensuring a smooth fulfillment process.

Step 1: Log in to your BurgerPrints account. From the dashboard, select Wallet → Auto Fulfillment.

Step 2: Choose one of the two automatic payment modes:

    • Automatic Mode (Automatically): The system will check and automatically pay for eligible orders based on the cycle you select. Time options: 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours.
    • Set Time Mode (Set time): You can set a fixed time each day for the system to check and automatically pay for eligible orders. Select the time in 24-hour format (e.g., 00:00, 12:00, 18:30, etc.).

Step 3: After choosing your desired mode, click “Active now” to activate it.

Note:

    • Make sure your B-wallet account has sufficient balance for the system to automatically pay for orders.
    • You can change or turn off Auto Fulfillment at any time in Wallet → Auto Fulfillment.
