1.2 To select Shipping Method for an order, Seller please Follow these instructions

Order by Manual

Step 1: After logging in system, access the Order tab on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: Create an order by clicking the “Create Order” button in the right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Select the shipping method you want to place your order successfully

Order by importing CSV

Prior to the recent update, CSV-imported orders with invalid or omitted shipping methods would be assigned a default shipping method of Standard.

The system now dynamically assigns the first available shipping method from the API response to such orders.

In cases where no eligible shipping methods are identified, the order will be flagged as Incomplete with an accompanying warning:  “Shipping method is not available“

2. Guide to Checking Order Status

You can check the status of your order in the Orders interface on the Dashboard by selecting Orders >> All Orders.

Here, you will see the statuses of the orders you have created:

All: All created orders.

Incompleted: Orders that have been created in the system but are incomplete, contain errors, or require the user to provide additional information before payment.

Unpaid: Orders that have not been paid yet and are waiting for the seller to make the payment. The seller can choose to pay for all orders at once or pay for each order individually.

Paid: Orders that have been successfully paid.

Processed: Orders that are currently being produced.

Shipped: Orders that have been shipped.

Cancelled: Orders successfully refunded by the seller. Users can cancel created orders before payment; if already paid, they have 2 hours to cancel without any fees. If the order has entered production, contact support for assistance; there may be a fee or no fee.

*Note: Additionally, in the Fulfillment section, you will see the following notifications: Unfulfilled, Scheduled, Fulfilled.

  • Unfulfilled: Orders that have not yet been produced.
  • Scheduled: Orders that are currently in production.
  • Fulfilled: Orders that have been produced.
  • Refunded: Orders processed for a refund based on the seller’s request.

These notifications help you know the status of your order after payment and at which stage it is currently.

3. Guide to Checking Order Tracking

Tracking shipments is done through the order number checked directly in Tracking Management, helping you save time and proactively monitor your orders, as well as handle unexpected situations that arise.

To check the tracking of your order, follow these steps:

Go to the dashboard, then navigate to Orders >> Tracking Management.

In the Tracking Management interface, there will be the following tags: All, Pre Transit, Transit, Delivery.

  • All: All orders.
  • Pre Transit: Orders waiting to be shipped (at the first transit station).
  • Transit: Orders in transit.
  • Delivery: Orders successfully delivered.

Below the tags, there will be columns including: Order ID, Tracking Number, Reference, Customers, Order Date, Tracking Date, Status.

  • Order ID: The order identification number (including the seller’s ID, CT for custom product orders, and a sequential number).
  • Tracking Number: The method and tracking code.

When you click on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the carrier’s tracking interface.

  • Reference Order: The secondary order code set by the seller, which is optional.
  • Customers: Information about the recipient.
  • Order Date: The date when the order was successfully paid.
  • Tracking Date: The date when the tracking number was updated in the system.
  • Status: The status of the order (including Pre Transit and Transit).

Additionally, you can check tracking more quickly by filtering All Store and All Time or by searching with the order ID.

4. Verify Address for US Orders

Address verification for orders going to the US on the BurgerPrints system is fully automated. Therefore, if the shipping address is incorrect, BurgerPrints support will proactively contact the user to verify the address for US-bound orders.

When you provide the necessary additional information to support, the order address will be updated and the order will proceed to fulfillment. You can contact BurgerPrints support through various methods:
