Design Standards at BurgerPrints

Meeting design standards ensures the best print quality. Therefore, please adhere to the following design file standards when selling and fulfilling at BurgerPrints:

1. For 2D Printed Products (Printed Apparel)

• • File size options: 4800×5400 | 4500×5700 | 2100×2400 | 4200×4800 (recommended) | 2400×3200 | 2800×3200 | 4500×5400 | 2400×3197 | 4050×4650 | 3000×4000 | 4500×5000 | 3600×4795 | 4050×4050 | 3600×4800 | 4500×5100 pixels (WxH)
  • Resolution: 300 DPI
  • File type: PNG

Notes:

• • The print area for certain garments with pockets (front of Unisex Hoodie, Unisex Zip Hoodie, Kid’s Hoodie/Zip Hoodie) affects the actual print size on the front. Therefore, the specific size suitable for this print area is 4200×3000 pixels, 300 DPI.
  • Creating fulfillment orders using “Create campaign” with this design file will NOT display the standard print size for garments with pockets. Please select “Add custom product” or other methods to create orders.

2. For 3D Printed Products (All Over Prints)

For 3D printed products (All Over Prints), please download the templates for the products here.

3. For Arm Print Area Products

• • Short sleeve design has a resolution of 1200×1200.
  • Long sleeve design has a resolution of 1200×4800.

Note:

• • Base: Arm print areas only apply to Printed Apparel products, excluding Tank-tops.
  • Location: Arm print areas only apply to Printed Apparel orders fulfilled from the Denali, Grand and Vini Fulfillment Centers.

4. For DTF Printing Products

• • File size: 4200×4800 px (14×16 inches)
  • Resolution: 300 DPI
  • File types: PNG

Note:

• • The print area for special types of shirts, such as those with pockets (e.g., the front of Unisex Hoodie, Unisex Zip Hoodie, Kid’s Hoodie/Zip Hoodie), affects the actual printable area on the front. Therefore, the specific size suitable for this print area is:
    • 4200×3000 px at 300 DPI (14×10 inches) for front print area 
    • 4200×4800 px at 300 DPI (14×16 inches) for back print area
  • The size of the print area may be different, depending on the shirt type and size.

5. How To View The Mockup Of An Order

There are two methods to view the mockup of an order: viewing it while creating the order and viewing it after the order is created. Viewing the mockup while creating the order is only supported in the “Add Custom Product” section for individual orders. 

For other order creation methods such as CSV or API, you can only view the mockup after the order is created. Orders created in the “Browse Product” section from pre-existing Products already have mockups available. Read this article for more information.
