Guide to using the Multi-Channel Notification Feature (Multi Channel Notify)
To help Sellers quickly and accurately update information and order status in the BurgerPrints Fulfillment system, we are pleased to introduce the Multi-Channel Notify feature. This function enables Sellers to receive notifications through multiple convenient channels, including Website, Telegram and Email.
1. Overview of the Multi-Channel Notification Feature
This feature delivers notifications related to Seller orders through the following channels:

- Website (direct notifications within the system)
- Telegram
Types of notifications include:

- Successful order creation: Covers orders imported via CSV files or synced from connected stores (notifications are sent with every sync).

- Tickets: Alerts when an order is canceled (including tickets for refund requests, processed tickets, and closed tickets); tickets created by BurgerPrints requiring Seller response.

- Fulfillment payment notifications.

- Shipping status updates.
2. How to Set Up Multi-Channel Notifications
2.1. Configuring Notification Channels
Go to Settings → select Notifications.
Enable your preferred notification channels by clicking the status toggle button (orange means enabled).
Note: By default, the system will automatically enable Web notify and Email channels.
2.2. Details for Each Notification Channel
2.2.1. Website Notifications
After logging in to your Dashboard, click the bell icon in the top right corner → select View all.
Go to the System tab to view all notifications. Click on each one to see the full details.
2.2.2. Email Notifications
Sellers can add up to 10 email addresses to receive notifications.
2.2.3. Telegram Notifications
Step 1: Enable Telegram notifications and click Join group. A dedicated Telegram group will be automatically created for each Seller account.
Step 2: Copy the group link and open it in a web browser or join directly via the Telegram app. Once you join the group, all system notifications will be sent there.
3. Shipping Status Notification Preferences
Sellers can customize how they receive notifications about shipping status updates. Available options include:

- None: No notifications related to shipping status will be sent.
- Receive all notifications: Includes all statuses during shipping such as In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, along with any errors like Pending, Not found/Info received, Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return.
- Only receive error notifications: Only notifies about shipping issues including Pending, Not found/Info received, Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return.
- Receive notifications when orders are delivered or completed: Sends alerts for Delivered status or error statuses such as Failed, Undelivered, Expired, Exception, Return.
Note: The default system setting is “None”.
With this new feature, you can now stay updated on your orders through multiple channels including Web, Telegram, and Email—ensuring seamless and real-time communication.
