Guide to Connecting and Syncing Products on TikTok Shop with BurgerPrints

To optimize Seller’s selling process on TikTok Shop, Sellers can connect their store to the BurgerPrints system to easily and efficiently manage products, automate order processing and update shipping information. Below is a detailed guide from BurgerPrints:

1. Connecting Seller’s TikTok Shop store to BurgerPrints

Please follow these steps to connect your TikTok Shop store to BurgerPrints:

Step 1: Access the “Store” section

• From the Dashboard Home, navigate to the “Store” section.
• Click on the “Add new store” to connect a new store to BurgerPrints.

Step 2: Select the Etsy platform

• In the “Connect Store” interface, select either the “TikTok Shop US” or “TikTok Shop UK” icon, depending on whether your store is based in the US or the UK.
• Click the Connect button to proceed.

Step 3: Log in to your TikTok Shop account

• The system will redirect you to the TikTok Shop login page.
• Log in to your TikTok Shop account.

Step 4: Grant access

• After logging in, Click the “Next” button to grant access to the TikTok Shop store.

Step 5: Confirm to install

Click the checkbox “By clicking “Confirm”, I agree that the data, as described above, will immediately and automatically be shared with Burger Prints for the duration selected. I acknowledge that I can stop sharing the data described above at any time by going to [TikTok Shop Seller Center -> Apps & Services -> My Apps & Services].” and button “Cofirm to install” to confirm the management and synchronization of orders from your TikTok Shop with BurgerPrints.

Step 6: Authorize

• Click the “Authorize” button to reconfirm your authorization for BurgerPrints.

• When the connection is complete, your Tiktok Shop store will be displayed in the Store channels section.

2. Syncing products from BurgerPrints to TikTok Shop

You can sync products in two flexible ways:

2.1. Method 1: Sync Products directly from the Product Detail screen

2.2. Method 2: Sync multiple products at once using Bulk Action

2.3. Conditions for Syncing Products to TikTok Shop Store

To sync products to the TikTok Shop Store, Sellers need to comply with the following conditions: 

• Products on TikTok Shop require a description. If missing, an error will occur and be recorded in the Logs screen.

• TikTok Shop only supports up to 9 images per product. If a product on BurgerPrints has more than 9 mock-ups, the system will report an error when activating.

• Tags for products on BurgerPrints will automatically be assigned as “T-shirt” when synced to TikTok Shop (based on TikTok Shop’s AI scan).
• Additionally, the product price will be taken from BurgerPrints, excluding the compare price.

3. Sync Order

3.1. Sellers selecting the “Seller shipping” method

When syncing orders, if the Seller chooses the “Seller shipping” method, orders can only be created with the “normal base” product type to ensure accurate pricing and avoid conflicts during fulfillment. The synced orders will be custom orders, with shipping fees accurately calculated based on this order type.

Note: When selecting base products, Sellers need to check the production and shipping time to ensure the product meets the SLA of TikTok Shop.

3.2. Sellers selecting the “TikTok shipping” method

If the Seller chooses the “TikTok shipping” method, orders can only be created with the “label base” product type.

Orders will be synced as Label orders, accompanied by the Label file generated on TikTok Shop.

Shipping fees for label orders will be calculated based on the short code label.
