Guide to Connecting and Syncing Products on BurgerShop with BurgerPrints

To optimize Seller’s selling process on BurgerShop, Sellers can connect their store to the BurgerPrints system to easily and efficiently manage products, automate order processing and update shipping information. Below is a detailed guide from BurgerPrints:

Step 1: Access the “Store” section

• From the Dashboard Home, navigate to the “Store” section.
• Click on the “Add new store” to connect a new store to BurgerPrints.

Step 2: Select the BurgerShop platform

• In the “Connect Store” interface, select the BurgerPrints icon.
• Enter the fulfillment store name
• Click the “Create store” button to proceed.

Step 3: Get the API Key

• Click text Get API key to get code

• Then Copy the API key

Step 4: Access the BurgerShop Dashboard

• Log in to https://admin.burgershop.io/admin/ 
• Navigate to the “Apps” section.
• Then, click the button to enable BurgerPrints Fulfillment.

Step 5: Paste API Key

• Paste the API key copied earlier.
• Click “Connect now” and the connection is successful

*Important Notes:

• When your BurgerShop store receives an order, it will be automatically synchronized via the BurgerPrints app.
• Tracking numbers can only be synchronized from the BurgerPrints store to the BurgerShop store.
• Ensure the fulfillment store name matches the BurgerShop store name to avoid confusion when searching for orders.
